Authorized Returns Only

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow our guidelines for authorized returns. Contact our Customer Care team at support@sorreljewelry.com to obtain a return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 business days after the item has been received. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must accompany the return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving the item.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges for store credit or another product are accepted from 15 to 30 days after the item has been received. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Holiday Policy

For purchases made between November 15th and December 20th, the holiday return/exchange policy is in effect. You have until December 31st to initiate returns or exchanges for these holiday purchases.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@sorreljewelry.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

  2. Authorization and Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely protected. Include a copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase with the returned item.

  4. Shipping to Sorrel LLC: Ship the authorized return to the following address:

Inspection and Refund: All returns will be inspected upon receipt. If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for your return.
  • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (such as earrings) cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.
