Unless otherwise noted, the majority of our packages are shipped within 10-14 business days due to high demand. It's important to note that all our products are made-to-order, crafted with meticulous care to ensure the highest quality.

We exclusively ship via UPS. Our standard economy shipping typically delivers within 5-7 business days after the shipping date, depending on the destination. However, actual delivery times may vary.

Signature Requirements

For your security, orders under $200 may require a signature upon delivery. Orders over $200 will require an adult signature to ensure safe and secure receipt of your jewelry.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates provided during the checkout process are approximate and based on standard shipping times. Actual delivery times may vary based on factors such as order volume, shipping method, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including weather, customs clearance, or carrier issues.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for packages that are misdirected, lost, or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

International Shipping

For international orders, please be aware of any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping cost. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse shipping to specific locations or addresses based on our discretion.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
